Our mini mystery collars are made from 8mm PPM cord and will be a complete surprise. You can select the style (single, double or triple layer) and whether it is a Boy or Girl and if you pop your Instagram handle in the note box, I’ll have a look and see what colours I think will look best on your dog 😃I may even use colours that aren’t listed on the website!
The Mini collars are suited for small/medium sized dogs - if you have a larger dog, then I recommend a collar from the Standard collection as it has thicker cord (10mm) and larger hardware.
Please put the neck size in the box (please read the Sizing guide)
If you select Boy, then there won’t be any pink and if you select Girl, there won’t be any blue in the collar.
Colours such as green, aqua, red and black may be used for either Boy or Girl.
These collars will be a complete mystery and as they are listed for a reduced price, you are not able to select the colours, however you can put 1 colour you really dislike in the box. Only the first colour entered will be taken into account.

To ensure a perfect fit, please measure your dogs neck rather than their existing collar. Please put the exact measurement in either cm or inches (please specify which unit of measurement you have used). The reason for measuring the neck rather than their existing collar is because of the thickness of the cord. For example if your dog’s neck is 17 inches, then the collar will be slightly longer as it is made around a measuring ring to ensure that the internal measurement is 17 inches.
The PPM cord is resistant to rot and mildew, and is non-toxic to humans and dogs.
Each collar is handmade to order. Please check your measurements as I do not accept returns or refunds for customers that provide incorrect measurements.
As each collar is handmade, there may be slight variations in lengths/colours.
*Please note, these collars are not suitable if your dog is a strong puller. Excessive pulling can cause damage to the neck and trachea. If your dog pulls excessively, I advise attaching a lead to a harness instead, and the collar can simply have the ID tag attached*

Items are sent by either 48hr or 24hr tracked Royal Mail service, depending on the service you select at checkout.
Items that qualify for free shipping will be sent by 48hr tracked Royal Mail.
Returns:
We have a 14 day return policy for non-customised items. You have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please try new items on indoors in case you need to return it.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.
Custom Items:
Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please check the sizing chart to ensure an accurate fit as items are non-refundable if you provide an inaccurate measurement.

I recommend hand washing with warm water and soap and cleaning with a damp cloth - do not use a scrubbing brush on the cord otherwise it will snag.
Allow to air dry (do not place in the tumble dryer due to the hardware)
