It is a legal requirement in the UK for your dog to wear a collar in public with a tag stating the name and address of the owner. We also recommend including a telephone number.

Each tag is made from 1.1mm thick aluminium using a professional technique and top-quality inks, ensuring its permanence and water resistance.

This product is non-returnable due to it being made to order. 

ID tags will be dispatched direct from Hoobynoo and separate from any other items you may have ordered. As such, your personal information (i.e. details for the reverse of your tag and shipping information will be shared with Hoobynoo).

Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Items are sent by either 48hr or 24hr tracked Royal Mail service, depending on the service you select at checkout.

Items that qualify for free shipping will be sent by 48hr tracked Royal Mail.

Returns:

We have a 14 day return policy for non-customised items. You have 14 days after receiving your order to send your return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please try new items on indoors in case you need to return it.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item/s.

Custom Items:

Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty. Please check the sizing chart to ensure an accurate fit as items are non-refundable if you provide an inaccurate measurement.

Care Instructions

I recommend hand washing with warm water and soap and cleaning with a damp cloth - do not use a scrubbing brush on the cord otherwise it will snag.

Allow to air dry (do not place in the tumble dryer due to the hardware)
